Course Objective
The unit "Normal International Airfares" is designed to provide vocational knowledge and competencies to individuals who are working within a retail environment and wish to upgrade their knowledge. This unit deals with the skills and knowledge required to correctly construct international air itineraries and cost normal international airfares. It is also designed for those with who are considering employment in the tourism industry.

Selection Criteria
There are no prerequisites for Entry into the course. However the ability to understand and interpret the content of the course material is essential. An interview may be required. Competencies in one of the travel sector CRS would be useful

Assessment
All assessment will be based on the principles of competency-based training and assessment. A range of methods, including observation of simulated and practical activities, structured questioning, and discussion and written work, will determine competency.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
CRC Training and Development recognises AQTF qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by other registered training organisations.

Credit or exemptions for previous relevant studies and industry experience may be available through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process. Further details are available from Administration.

Access and Equity
The principles of Access and Equity will be applied in the selection of students

Fees and Charges
Courses offered by CRC Training and Development are charged as a fee for service.

Total enrolment and tuition fees for this course are $699.00 including all texts / workbooks and GST.
