About the role:
Working alongside the Implementation Manager, you will:
- Assist with the implementation of new corporate clients
- Train new clients how to use their online booking tool
- Produce client and internal business reports
- Maintain the intranet and online directories.
- Be the go-to person for all things basic IT in the office (resetting passwords, setting up new staff etc)
About you:
- Understanding of corporate travel
- Knowledge of Tramada & Serko and other relevant travel related software
- You love the technology side of the travel industry
