Our client is a fast-growing boutique online travel agency specialising in tailor-made, private guided holidays worldwide. As they expand, they are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to join their small, dedicated team, initially on a temporary casual basis.

Job role
- Respond to client enquiries via live chat, email, and phone with expert travel advice
- Recommend destinations, pricing, itineraries, seasonal tips, and unique experiences
- Collaborate with trusted DMCs, hotels, and tour operators to build custom packages
- Partner with our Junior Travel Operations Assistant for admin support
- Deliver high-quality, client-first service – especially for VIP travellers
Skills and experience
- 5+ years in retail travel consulting, management, or product specialisation
- Deep knowledge of international travel and land product expertise
- First-hand travel experience across popular global destinations
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Familiarity with airfares and ticketing (Amadeus preferred)
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to enhance recommendations
- Highly organised and confident working independently
